TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​

1. FOOD TRUCKS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A FOOD TRUCK APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE

2. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT.

3. REGISTRATION FORM AND ALL  FEES FOR VENDORS ANS SPONSORS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MARCH 15, 2026.

4. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL.

5. ALL FOOD TRUCK VENDORS MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE CERTIFICATE AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT CERTIFICATE WHEN REGISTERING.

6. SETUP: MUST BE COMPLETED BY 5:30 PM

  • VENDORS SHOULD ARRIVE AT THE ENTRANCE LOCATION TO SET UP NO NO EARLIER THAT 3:00 PM AND NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM.

  • YOUR ENTRANCE LOCATION WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL TO YOU WTHE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT.

  • ALL VENDOR SPACE LOCATIONS WILL BE DESIGNATED UPON ARRIVAL.

  • IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL REQUESTS, PLEASE DO NOT CALL. ADDRESS THEM IN WRITING, AND SUBMIT WITH VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM.

  • VENDORS NEED TO UNLOAD THEIR BOOTH CONTENTS AND REMOVE THEIR VEHICLE FROM THE AREA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

  • VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THEIR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS AND CANAPIES. TABLES SHOULD BE NO LONGER THAN 8 FEET LONG. SPACES AND CANAPIES SIZE (10' X 10').

 

SHOPPING HOURS: 3:00 PM TO 10:00 PM

TEAR-DOWN: STARTS AT 10:00 PM​

  • EARLY TEAR-DOWN IS NOT PERMITTED. IF YOU TEAR-DOWN EARLY, YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED BACK FOR ANY FUTURE VIBE EVENTS.

  • IF YOU HAVE A TRAILER, YOU ARE ASKED TO SET UP TRAILER DETACHED FROM TOWING VEHICLE DURING THE EVENT.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSING OF ALL TRASH IN THE NEAREST TRASH RECEPTACLE. WE ASK THAT YOU LEAVE YOUR ASSIGNED AREA INV THE SAME OR BETTER CONDITION THAN WHEN YOU ARRIVED FOR SET-UP.

  • IN REGARDS TO POWER/WATER, ALL VENDORS MUST BE 100% SELF-CONTAINED.

  • FOOD TRUCK VENDORS MUST DISPOSE OF ALL FATS AND OILS IN PROPER CONTAINERS AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING THESE CONTAINERS COMPLETELY FROM THE SITE.

  • NO GREASE CAN BE BE POURED DOWN PUBLIC DRAINS. (DISPOSAL OF WASTE IN THIS AMNNER CAN BE SUBJECT TO FINES.

  • MENUS ARE REQUIRED TO BE POSTED ON THE TRUCK WITH FOOD ITEM PRICES AND ACCEPTED MAYMENT METHODS CLEARLY DISPLAYED.

  • ATTENDEES WILL PAY VENDOR DIRECTLY FOR ANY PURCHASES.

*VENDORS AND SPONSORS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROPERTY BROUGHT TO THE EVENT AND WILL NOT HOLD ASA UNITED OR ITS PARTNERS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, THEFT, OR PERSONAL INJURY THAT MAY OCCUR.

 

*VENDORS AND SPONSORS AGREE TO CARRY ALL INSURANCES AND LICENSES REQUIRED BY THE CITY, COUNTY, STATE, AND GOVERNMENT.

 

*VENDORS AND SPONSORS AGREE FOR THEIR PERSOANL NAME, BUSINESS NAME, PHOTOS, AND LIKENESS TO BE USED TO PROMOTE VIBE EVENTS.

ONE SPONSORSHIP ALLOWS PARTICIPATION ON ALL DATES

 

Bronze Sponsor’s Package: $750 (Unlimited)

This sponsorship package is perfect for individuals and business owners wanting to sell their merchandise and bring awareness to their brand.

  1. Opportunity to distribute collateral materials.

  2. Preferred sponsorship parking

  3. One ten-by-ten booth space

 

Silver Sponsor’s Package: $1500 (Only 10 Available)

This entry level sponsorship package is great for local businesses who want visibility at an event expected to attract thousands of attendees.

  1. Signage placement at the event

  2. Logo Included in all marketing materials (including websites, social media, emails, and program cover)

  3. Opportunity to distribute collateral materials.

  4. Preferred sponsorship parking

This package is perfect for companies who are serious about supporting (event name) and creating great visibility for their brands.

Platinum Sponsor’s Package: $5000 (Only 1 Available)

This sponsorship package has limited availability and is available to sponsors who wish to be featured prominently on all (event name) signage, promotions, and apparel and have live acknowledgement on stage.

  1. Premium signage placement at the event

  2. Name and logo in premium position for all marketing materials included in all marketing materials (including websites, social media, emails, and program cover)

  3. Opportunity to distribute collateral materials.

  4. Live acknowledgement as Lead Event Sponsor from selects performances.

  5. Preferred sponsorship parking

  6. Color full page ad in the program.

  7. (5) passes to the artist VIP area.
